I'm having a moving sale this weekend on Saturday and Sunday from 11 to 3. This should be interesting as I've never done anything like this before. And I'm not exactly looking forward to people tromping around my place. But, you gotta do what you gotta do.
Still not quite ready for it so I need to finish getting things done this morning.

Expect people to come way before 11. Anyone who wants a bargain will show up early. Expect people to want to pay less for anything, no matter how cheap you have it marked. If you can, get everything in one room so you don't have people in places where you can't keep an eye on them. Outside is even better so they don't track so much dirt in the house. I hope you'll have some help (wish I lived closer). I also hope you sell everything. There are definitely worse things than living in an empty house for a week and a half.

Well, I had Jake here so if someone went upstairs I sent Jake after them so he could keep an eye for me.
We aren't allowed to have anything outside at the complex I live in, and the furniture upstairs is too heavy for me to be moving anyways.
But, the people that came were nice. Just didn't buy much. And yeah, I had one kid knock on the door at 9:20 and wanted to know if this was the house with the sale. I said "yeah, at 11". lol
Tomorrow, I'll let them in whenever. I need to sell stuff!
