Today's post is just for mom and dad. It's their 45th wedding anniversary today! I can't imagine being married that long and perhaps they didn't imagine it either when they first got married. lol
I wish them many more years of happiness and togetherness.
There's nothing like growing old with the one you love.

Oh, sweetie, so nice of you to remember mine and Dad's special day. And you're right, when we got married, the last thing on our minds was how LONG we would be married. It hasn't always been easy, but I can say now that it's all been worth it. We share so much - our two wonderful "kids," our two grandsons and happy and sad memories. May you and Ahmed settle into the same very close and loving relationship.

Thank you Melissa for the loving message on our anniversary. Yes, I can't imagine that many years. We were blessed with both you and Steve being in our lives. As you might remember we had our trials and tribulations as all marriages do over time, but we are very thankful for our relationship as we go forward in the 4th quarter.
