They say that no news is good news, but that does not always apply.
The water heaters got installed today.
A different guy has to come out tomorrow to install the washing machine.
No word yet on the mattress and box springs.
Or anything else.
I am more than a little bit discouraged.
And Ramadan will be here in less than a week.

Can you make do with a double sleeping bag until the mattress/ box springs arrives? Jake left yesterday; Virginia's flight leaves around 1:something today. It's been a busy, but nice, couple of weeks. Love - Mom
On a tile floor? Ouch!
It's not just the mattress/box spring, there's nothing else in the house. At all.
The bathroom is usable enough for the basics. Oh and we have a fridge though it's not plugged in.
No stove yet. I'm not sure if the temp kitchen cabinets are there or not and I need to put shelf paper on them cos they're not finished well. There's no tables or chairs or anything. There is a kitchen sink, attached to the wall.
Lightbulbs hanging from the ceiling for light. That's it.
*sigh*
Re sleeping bags - we don't have any, and not sure where to get them and we don't really have storage spaces (cabinets).
Hang in there, Melissa. It will happen.
