Alrighty then

Well, I have direct confirmation that our mattress and box spring are currently residing, peacefully and it would seem lonely, in our apartment.
Hubby and 2 other guys hefted them up the 4 flights of stairs since they couldn't fit them in the elevator. He said the box spring was VERY heavy. lol

Don't think we're moving til closer to Monday. That date is of course subject to change and it could be later.
I wasn't real thrilled about that but such is life.
Nothing is ever on time in Egypt.

I'll try to update in more detail tomorrow.

And also, tomorrow (Saturday) starts the first day of fasting for the month of Ramadan.
