Well, happy birthday to my daddy today! Wish I could be there to celebrate with you, but I'm sure you'll have a wonderful time with mom and your friends. Enjoy your dinner!
The weather has been decidedly nicer the last few days or so. I think it's only getting up to mid 80's today. It will heat up again, but hopefully we're done with anything approaching 100. We'll see.
Not much else going on. At all. Bored. Very very bored.

Just think, if you'd had any idea that you would have this much free time for 6 months, you could have made a damned nice quilt by now. Oh well...
Well, I did bring my unfinished quilts with me, but I don't have a sewing machine yet and there's too much work still with piecing for me to even think about doing it by hand. Well, I have the top done on one (except for the border) and I need to get the backing done. The other still needs a fair bit of work, though it's a lap size so not huge.
But yeah, I've been finding nice patterns online that I want to make and bookmarking them for later.
